Hrithik Roshan and Sussane Khan Set 'Ex' Goals...

These pictures are proof that ex-couple, Hrithik Roshan and Sussane Khan are very comfortable in each other’s presence.

It's been almost 3 years since the couple got divorced but the way they have handled their relationship is so commendable! 😚

From celebrating birthdays to movie dates with the kids, there is definitely no animosity between these two and we strongly believe that they will get back together soon! 🤗🙏

Prabhas Refuse To Use Body Double in 'Saaho'

As the next schedule for Saaho starts early next month at an international location and with some major action scenes, we hear that Prabhas has refused to use any body double for his stunts.

A source from the film has been reported as saying, “Prabhas doesn’t want to use a body double for any of the scenes in Saaho. The crew has some renowned action choreographers from the west working on the film so he knows he is in safe hands. However, Sujeeth is concerned since Prabhas has the tendency of injuring himself. He also injured his shoulder during the filming of Baahubali and had to undergo a surgery. Therefore, he wants Prabhas to use a body double in at least some death defying stunts.”

Apparently, Prabhas already has his mind made up and had actually gone to learn deep sea diving for an underwater sequence in the film...

We guess Prabhas is quite committed to his craft and are most certain that the results will be jaw dropping! 😊

Bahubali's 'Bhalladeva' is blind in one eye...

Did you know that Baahubali star, Rana Daggubati aka Bhalladeva, is blind in one eye?
He had appeared on a TV show and motivated the audience not to give up hope by sharing his own story.
He admitted being blind in the right eye, which was given to him by a donor during his childhood.
He had said; “Should I tell you one thing, I am blind from my right eye. I see only from my left eye. The one you see is someone else’s eye which was donated to me after his death. If I close my left eye, I can see no one.”

Between KJo and Prabhas

Gists going round now is that the recent tweet by filmmaker, Karan Johar, is a jibe aimed at Bahubali star, Prabhas.

While this speculation is unconfirmed, rumour has it that Prabhas was supposed to make his Bollywood debut under the banner of Dharma Productions but KJo reportedly backed out due to Prabhas' demand for a fee of Rs 20 crore, which is a staggering amount for a debut in the Hindi film industry.

If this tweet is indeed for Prabhas, that would be really petty of KJo... 🤨🙄

#SidAlia

In response to break-up rumours, Sidharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt enter Sanjay Kapoor’s party together.

They duo who debuted Bollywood together with KJo’s Student of the Year have allegedly been seeing each other for sometime now. Rumours of their breakup then hit the internet during the release of Sid and Jacqueline starrer, A Gentleman; and industry insiders said it was due to Sid’s closeness to Jackie.

The gist was so hot that it was reported that Alia and Jackie had a social media fallout following which Alia and Sid broke up. Some even reported that Jacqueline met Sid’s parents and so on and so on... 🤔😏

In any case, the alleged couple have never come out to confirm their relationship or the break up rumours but we will simply enjoy these pictures of them being so comfortable and in love with each other... 😍

Veere Di Wedding Vs Pinkvilla

The cast and crew of 'Veere Di Wedding' have slammed a 'blind' report from popular blog, Pinkvilla, about reported fights on its sets. Although, it wasn't confirmed that the statement was aimed at the blog but... duh! 😏
They wrote; “Dear websites, you can put out as many ‘blind items’ as you like pitting women against each other, it may get you clicks but it won’t be the truth. Must you insist on shoving this tired patriarchal concept of women catfighting into our film (which is not about a road trip) as if grown, intelligent women have nothing better to do. We will continue to be actual friends and try and make a kick-ass movie and prove that women can work with each other, get along and have a blast. Because we can, we are and we will continue to be. And on schedule. Please keep in mind how outdated, irresponsible, and harmful your narrative is and frustrating for a culture of women who actually want to work together. There is no place for it anymore.”

The blog had reported thus; “This movie revolving around a road trip is certainly going through its fair share of problems. First, it had a delayed start because of finances and then its leading lady got pregnant delaying the film by months. And now the film has started shooting but we have heard of a catfight between the leading lady and one of the actresses in the film, whose relative is producing it. The best part is they have been acting the best of buddies for the entirety of the schedule!” 🤔

Anil Kapoor also lent a voice on the issue via a tweet. He wrote; "Veeres stand together, through "blind stories", false accusations & smear campaigns. That’s true friendship👌🏻 #VeereDiWedding @pinkvilla"
Veere Di Wedding stars leading ladies of B-town - Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania. It is also is being produced by Sonam’s sister Rhea and Ekta Kapoor. 💪👭

Hema Malini: Beyond The Dream Girl

As the original dream girl turns 69 today, we share an excerpt from her biography revealing how Hema almost married actor Jeetendra....

This is excerpted from 'Hema Malini: Beyond The Dream Girl', authored by Ram Kamal Mukherjee. The book published by HarperCollins will release today to mark the evergreen actress' glorious run of 50 years in Indian showbiz.
"Truth was, Hema was intensely in love with Dharmendra by then, as was he with her. When Jaya [Chakravarthy - Hema Malini’s mother] got a whiff of the situation, not surprisingly, she raised hell, but this time she held no sway. For the first time in her life, Hema kept the relationship a secret from her parents and did everything she could to keep meeting him. Once, to the horror and utter disbelief of her family, she disappeared for an entire day. When she came back, they were too relieved to rebuke her, but Jaya increased her watch over them. The couple had little choice but to restrict their meetings to film sets, which was often enough, since they were doing so many movies together by then. It was about now that Jaya felt that getting Hema married seemed the only way out of the situation. She didn’t need to look too far. At the time, Hema was working with Jeetendra on two films – Dulhan (1974) and Khushboo (1975) – and it was obvious that the two got along famously. Jeetendra also had a soft corner for Hema and had been pursuing her for a while. When Hema consistently showed disinterest, he finally made peace and the two settled on becoming good friends.
Over the years, Hema and Jeetendra grew to become each other’s confidantes. Hema, in fact, was one of the few who had known about his affair with Mumtaz. But although theirs was a platonic friendship, Dharmendra was never happy about it. It is believed that he had always been suspicious of Jeetendra, and being the possessive lover he was, he once went as far as to storm on to the sets of a Hema– Jeetendra production and drag Hema into the makeup room in a rage, while the latter stood dumbfounded. Meanwhile, Jaya kept working on her plans. Every day was spent convincing her daughter to marry Jeetendra. She managed to coax Hema to meet his parents, and once Hema did, things started spiralling. Jeetendra’s family was ecstatic – they could hardly wait for the alliance. A close friend of Jeetendra’s remembers him saying, ‘I don’t want to marry Hema. I am not in love with her. She is not in love with me. But my family wants it, so I might as well. And she is such a good girl.’

For all practical purposes, it was to be a marriage of convenience. It had to be quick – before either party changed its mind – and it had to be a clandestine affair, so that no ‘untoward trouble’ could take place. Hema, Jeetendra and their families had flown to Madras and the wedding was supposed to happen there. But an evening daily got a whiff of the sensational news and their next issue carried the ‘big story’. It left much of the industry in a state of disbelief but more importantly, it gave Dharmendra a jolt he was clearly unprepared for. Recovering his wits quickly, he rushed to Shobha Sippy’s house – then Jeetendra’s airhostess girlfriend – and the two took the next flight to Madras to take matters into their hands.

When they reached Hema’s house in Madras, the scene, ironically, was no less dramatic than a blockbuster. Hema’s father couldn’t contain his rage and almost physically pushed Dharmendra out of the house. ‘Why don’t you get out of my daughter’s life? You are a married man, you can’t marry my daughter,’ he repeatedly yelled. But a pleading, helplessly sentimental and slightly inebriated Dharam could not be budged. Finally, they agreed to let him talk to Hema alone in a room, while everybody else – Hema’s parents, Jeetendra’s parents and the registrar of the marriage bureau – waited outside on tenterhooks.
Inside the room, the two were going through an emotional turmoil of catastrophic proportions. Dharmendra, distraught and on the verge of falling to pieces, kept begging Hema not to make such a ‘big mistake’. Outside, it was Shobha’s turn to give vent to her rage. When a nonchalant Jeetendra announced to Shobha his decision to marry Hema, apparently all hell broke loose.

When Hema finally came out of the room – puffy-eyed and visibly shaken – her voice quivered as she asked everyone if they could wait for a few days. Jeetendra and his parents, livid by now, declared that that was not an option. The marriage had to happen now or never. As everyone waited desperately for an answer, Hema quietly shook her head. The insult was far too much for Jeetendra and he stormed out of the house with his parents..." 😍

Baahubali - The Conclusion: My Review

I am late to this party, yeah I know. I could not catch it at the cinemas so I had to wait several months to watch it on TV and I must say, it was worth every single second of my time!

For me however, the story ended with the death of Bahu. Yeah, he came back in Shivu avatar and good triumphed over evil in the end; but the fact remains that Bahu died and that scene was etched in my mind and I could no longer flow with the film after that – I was deeply hurt and I hated Sivagami and Kattappa for that!

I love that the film did not have too many songs which is typical of Bollywood films and the story was catchy and straight to the point right from the very first second. Not all films can do that!

The visual effects were good (although some parts had obvious flaws) but some moments stood out for me; the entries of Bahu and Devasena; the way Bahu's clothes ripped off when Devasena hit him with the fiery log; and the arrow scene with Bahu and Devasena – yeah, that was beautiful!

I love the cast; they all just seem perfect for their roles. I love the fact that the producers used new faces (well, at least they are new for me). I now have a new love in Prabhas (move over SRK, lol) and I am now on the lookout for his next film.

In my opinion, the hype was well worth it and Bahubali – The Conclusion, takes home the prize! Take a bow ladies and gentlemen! 👌

Farhan's Take On The Hrithik-Kangana Feud

Bollywood actor, Farhan Akhtar, pens his support for Hrithik Roshan in the ongoing feud with Kangana Ranaut... And I couldn't agree more with him when he said the truth is that we don't know the truth.

I think the media should just butt out and let all the relevant authorities do their job and give this case a logical closure! 😒😌

He wrote:

"Today I read an open letter written by a man I know about a woman I know, professionally, at best. Although a controversy about them is going around since a while now, to my best knowledge this is the first time this man has expressed his point of view.

I am not the authority on who is right or wrong in their situation, that’s for the cybercrime officials to figure out, but I do feel certain aspects of the way the events have unfolded need comment.

Like anyone who has an iota of objectivity and sense of fairness, I too agree that in our society, more often than not, it is the woman who suffers injustice and repression. It is horrifying but true that in some cases of rape, a section of society has blamed the victim.
I have always found this to be unacceptable.

4 years ago, I founded MARD (Men Against Rape & Discrimination) and through the initiative, I have been vocal in my fight against gender related violence and in highlighting cases of discrimination against women and the LGBTI community. Although it is true that in most cases it is a woman that has been wronged, there is a difference between ‘most’ and ‘all’.

However few and rare they may be, there have been cases where men have been stalked, harassed and falsely accused. This reality has been accepted by the highest courts of our land.

It is in this spirit of objectivity and fairness that today I must speak up.

The way this episode has played out with sections of our media is worrisome. Some of our most reputed journalists have, consciously or unconsciously, pushed one side of the narrative WITHOUT having or presenting any evidence to back the claims being made by the woman. They’ve accepted her story at face valueIsn’t this discriminating against the other party?

For a moment, lets put aside emotion, prejudice, biases, our understandably protective instincts and look at the facts as they exist today. She claims they had an affair lasting 7 years and during that period, they exchanged a number of emails. While he denies ever mailing her, he has filed an official complaint, shared and submitted all necessary information and documents, handed over his personal phone and laptop to the concerned authorities. The woman has not. Apparently, she has avoided, till date, submitting her personal communication devices citing some reason or the other.

In some past cases, this lack of cooperation has been deemed to be obstruction of justice.
Handing over her phone and computer is not only the right thing to do morally and legally but is also the best possible way for her to prove she’s telling the truth. So why refuse or delay? Apparently, he has over a thousand emails from her official email account which are intimate and sexual in their content. She claims not to have written them but alleges that he hacked her account and mailed himself. If they were in a 7 year long mutually agreeable relationship, why would he need to do that? Does it not defy logic?
Also, did he reply to any of her emails? As far as we know, No. Not one single time.

Pause here and ask yourself..
If a woman was to receive these sort of emails from a man and she claimed harassment, what would your immediate reaction be? Would you have given the man the benefit of doubt by believing him if he said they were in a relationship and she had hacked into his computer and sent herself the mails..? Chances are you wouldn’t.

There’s more.
She posted a picture of them together claiming it was taken during the years of their alleged affair. That picture was proved, beyond doubt, to have been manipulated. The actual image consisted of a group of friends including the man’s wife (now ex-wife) standing together in a party. Why were the others intentionally cropped out?

She has no messages and no photographs to prove that she was in a 7 year long relationship with this man. Not even a picture of their alleged engagement in Paris, an event which he denies. Furthermore, he has asserted that his passport does not bear any stamp of travel to France during the time she alleges the engagement occurred nor are there any credible witnesses to this event.Don’t all these inconsistencies raise questions in your mind about the authenticity of the accusations?

So what is the truth?
Well, the truth is that WE do not know the truth.

The reason I felt the need to say this is that it is apparent that some people have already jumped to conclusions while some are deriving some sort of voyeuristic pleasure by encouraging the woman to carry on speaking.

This is being done without a seconds pause to consider the effect her words will have on the person, his family or his children. As great as all of it may be for TRP, it’s in terrible taste.
Until such a time that the matter is brought to its logical conclusion by the authorities, we must avoid vilifying the man on the basis of unsubstantiated statements.

That is what we would have done if this story had played the other way around. That’s what we must do given how it is now.

Let’s not discriminate."

#TruthStandsWithHrithik

Actor, Hrithik Roshan, has for the first time spoken up on his feud with Kangana Ranaut.

He has not only reacted to the allegations that Kangana levelled against him but also maintained that he has never even met her in person not to talk of being in a seven-year long relationship...

I am a huge fan of HR and I believe him! 😔

He wrote:

"I choose to be on a path of creativity, productivity and constructive work. Anything that isn't in alignment with that, I tend to ignore, sidestep and treat as a distraction.
I believe that ignorance, non reaction and staying on the path of dignity is the best way to discourage any persistent unwanted intrusions. But Just like a nagging health issue sometimes ignored can turn malignant, this situation for me has unfortunately turned malignant.
In case of the matter at hand, it seems the media has no intention of letting go.
I don't see any grace in adding to this circus by testifying in defence of my character in a situation that I have no involvement in whatsoever.
I have been dragged into a dirty perverse mess without a choice in the matter. This is something that is not of my making.
The truth is, I have never met the lady in question one on one in my entire life. Yes, we have worked together, but there has been no meeting in private. Thats the truth
Please understand, I am not fighting against an allegation of an affair. Or being childish trying to uphold a ‘good guy” image. I am very aware of my faults, I am human.
I am in fact protecting myself from something far more serious, sensitive and destructive than that.
Sadly, very few from the media or the public seem to be interested in the truth. This has been a hard-learnt fact for me.
If the people are comfortable with a lie because it doesn't threaten their model of the world where a girl is the victim and the man the aggressor then so be it. I am ok with that too.
Women have suffered centuries of abuse at the hands of men and it infuriates me how some men can be so brutal and they deserve the harshest punishment. But by that logic if it ordains that one man can't be vulnerable and one woman can't be a liar, so be it. I'm ok with that too.
An alleged 7-year long, passionate affair between two high profile celebrities with no trail left behind.
No evidence, no paparazzi pictures, no witnesses, not even a memento in possession like a selfie taken at the alleged engagement which is claimed to have happened in Paris in Jan 2014. Nothing that constitutes an exchange or any sort of proof of a romantic relationship.
Yet we want to believe the other party because the rhetoric is -why would a girl lie.
My passport details show no travel outside the country in Jan 2014, which is the date that this alleged engagement supposedly took place. In Paris.
The only so-called proof presented of this alleged "relationship", was a photoshopped picture in the media. This was immediately exposed, the very next day by friends including my ex-wife.
These questions are not even asked, because we are taught to protect the woman, as we should. I myself have been brought up to think the same way, by my parents and the wonderful women in my life who have been my rock and support system. I'm deeply grateful to them. I will do my best to teach my children the same values of family and dignity. And yes, I will teach them to stand up for women. Always.
There are 3000 one sided mails which either I have sent to myself or the woman in question has sent to me. The Cyber-Crime Dept. can prove or disprove either story, in just a few days. Towards that purpose, I have surrendered all my devices including laptops / phones etc which are still lying with the cyber cell , but the other party has refused to do so. The investigation hasn't been closed.
This is not, and I repeat, not a lovers spat. I humbly request people to stop labelling it as one and, for a second, try and see it for what it really is.
I have been harassed by this for 4 years and the well meaning and probably necessary social bias toward women has deemed me helpless in defending myself.
I am not angry, I have seldom allowed anger into my life. I have not had a single fight in my life, with a man or a woman. Even in my divorce, there was no fight. I, and those around me, have always chosen peace.
I am not here to accuse or judge anyone, but it's time I defend the truth because when truth suffers the collective consciousness of society suffers. Civilization suffers. Closer to home, families suffer. Children suffer."
